I have been doing this for about a month now and am pleasantly surprised with the results. I got it to help with enlarged pores, but wouldn't be upset if it helped wrinkles lol. I originally used an OTC lidocaine for pain, but have since found that I really don't need it. I don't use the deepest setting, but I've increased it from the shallowest. The pen is a hefty weight and easy to maneuver. I got 5 sterile needles in the kit, which was enough to start trying the process for a month. I have a few stretch marks on my body that I am planning on trying this on next. The only thing I would tell someone who just received theirs would be to watch a few youtube videos on how to use it and to have a few down days after the first couple of treatments. I had some redness and swelling, but I was warned that that could happen and I have very sensitive skin, so it was hardly a surprise.

I have the A6 version of this pen. I upgraded the M8 to replace my old pen. I like this new version because the old version only had 2 notches in the cartridge clip and sometime the needle cartridge will pop out after long use. The M8 has 3 notches so it’s much more secure. The pen itself is still made of aluminum outer pen, but feels sturdier. This unit also has an internal lithium battery and each full charge will get you about 4 hours of use.
I bought this for collagen induction therapy. I figure I better buy the higher end because this has 16 needles than the 12 needles in other pens. It also comes with 2 cartridges with this pen. I’ll update as I use it more so stay tuned.
Edith
Can’t wait to start using this. All the research I’ve done on this pen is amazing as well as the results on your skin and wrinkles. Seems so easy to use that you can go wrong. And the price was so affordable. Thanks for the opportunity to get this device!

Emilio
Im inlove with the results, I only used it one time on my mother who's in her 40s showing many wrinkles in her face and the before and after are very impressive. I Also use it on my face and get many compliments on how soft and youthful it looks.Highly recommend and its not painful at all.
Jenn
This is my first time using this micro-needling pen. I think it’s working great especially it’s my first time to use it. It is easy to use and I like that it is wireless. I would recommend this product!
Kari J.
Really like it, except I wish it charged a bit quicker.
Jennifer A Prekup
Just what I was looking for. I’ve used different rollers in the past but this pen is definitely the best.

I just had my first child in April, which left my stomach and hips with some pretty deep stretch marks. I knew I couldn't afford to pay hundreds of dollars per session for microneedling at a spa, so I decided to give this product a try and wow! I've used it twice so far and it has greatly diminished the texture of my stretch marks. I look forward to continued use and improvement of my skin texture.

I'm enjoying this! No, need for me to pay $100s to have this done. I can do it in the luxury of my home!!
Kristine Ujiiye
I really like this pen. Battery last long, works well, and feels very sturdy. Only flaw Is the numbers on the depth dial, they are very hard to see. Otherwise, it’s a great pen!
I would recommend!
ngould08
I just got it a month ago but it seems to be helping my deep scars from shingles, I'll give an update in a few months
TIA STIDMAN
I've researched many of these microneedling home devices on google and watched various videos. This is a great microneedling device. I found it easy to use. I have noticed a big improvement on my neck and chest within just a few days after using it the first time. I would highly recommend.
Jessica
I really loved how just after the first use of this product how soft it made my skin. I had no issues or bad reactions to it at all. I will be using this pen for a long time
Saamia

So easy to use! Awesome seller! I received my delivery earlier than expected and in pristine condition! I would definitely buy from this seller in the future! I give them 5 stars!!!
ItsJustAKateThing
I really would have preferred to wait until I’d used it a couple of times before reviewing but they sent me a thing for a free box of needle carts and this was part of the deal!! It’s a solid win for me- even just after the first use tho. Watch all the dr pen vids you can FIRST and pay attention to the appropriate speeds/depths for different areas- that matters! I have seen a few vids (by beauty DIYers ) where they aren’t wearing gloves, don’t discuss keeping your work area clean, cross contamination etc and it makes me nervous. As a nurse, I’ve seen the horror stories! Disinfect your work surface, use the chlorhexadine scrub to wash off the numbing cream like dr pen says, and wear the gloves. Don’t dip into an open container with that gloved finger you just touched your skin with (especially skin that you’ve just poked holes in)- be mindful of cross contamination. I use paper towels from the second layer down on a new roll as even just washed towels may still have bacteria that could get into those little wounds you’ve just made! Just like with after-care, you don’t want “active” products on your skin during or your skin will be very upset. Stick with plain HA (huge fan of the Ordinary’s 2%- very high quality and inexpensive.) All that said- the results are going to be good if you follow instructions because this is as close as you’ll get to a salon dermapen!
Bianca
I have used it serval times and have seen the difference. I have big pores and have seen them getting smaller and have also noticed the fine lines disappearing as well. Really recommend this product.
Cynthia Jones
I was more than impressed with this microneedler. It was easy to use, did not hurt and has many settings to customize your exact needs. A++++
Rob Clark
It’s definitely worth it & easy to Use No regrets..
Bruce T.
I was super hesitant about trying this as I’ve never done it before but I must say, I am impressed. The pain was very minimal but as others have stated I have tattoos so this was nothing. If you don’t, you may want to match it with some numbing cream as others have mentioned. I personally go a little lighter than others and ensure I’m fully healed before doing another round but so far the results have been great. I’m already feeling much more confident about my looks and plan to continue using this and my retinol serum to mitigate the signs of aging.
Primitivo
Easy to use, great price.
Melissa
I have had this microneedling pen for over a month now and used it about 3 times. The pen is ergonomic and made of a lightweight metal body giving it a sleek feel without compromising user comfort. It also arrived with several single use cartridges that are individually wrapped. The pen can also be used while plugged into an outlet. So far so good not to mention the price point for a novice like myself.
Shushanik Mkrtchyan
As an esthetician I recommend this product to everyone in this sphere. It’s lightweight, easy to use and amazing product.
Juan Robles
I love this microneedling pen. I have been using it for three weeks now and can start seeing my pores diminish. I am eager to see how much the texture and elasticity of my skin keeps improving. It’s a lot easier to use than other pens I have purchased and the style is just perfect.
Alex
Build quality feels very good, and though I've only been using it for a couple of months it has done great in that time. I use it 1-2x a week, and have only had to charge it once. I really enjoy all the features, and the nice selection of different cartridges. Lastly, Dr Pen was very helpful when I reached out to their customer service with questions.
Robin F.
Once I figured out how to operate the pen (detailed instructions would be helpful) I found it easy to use. It has helped with some scarring and has lightened dark spots. Numbing cream is a great accompaniment. I think it’s will continue to improve the look of my skin.
aljud

Very good quality pen. Used it a couple of times already for fine lines and having good positive results. Also bought some numbing cream helps a lot. No pain at all. Each cartridge replacement is individually sealed. Great product I really recommend getting it.

Savannah Gutierrez
I was hesitant purchasing this product on Amazon, seems to be a lot of knock offs. This seller is highly rated for good reason and can confidently recommend them. I’m happy with my order and will use them in the future to repurchase my products as needed.
Khumayra Yusupova
I had ploblems with my hairs several months ago. I did my research and found this micro-needles tool. I really like that it works good and doesn’t hurt. I feel better blood circulation on my head after each usage.

Andrew Pfeil
I love this pen. Before I tried a different brand, cheaper and the quality of the materials in not even comparable. I was having some pimple dark marks that were stay on my face for months and now my face is clear and very smooth. Also so light aging marks are reducing and my skin is been glowing .
Andrew
I enjoyed this product for its intuitive and sleek design. It also comes with plenty of tips.
Jack L.
This needling machine is far superior to the manual one that I had purchased 2 months prior on Amazon. Make sure to use lidocaine prior to your using on sensitive areas of your face. I’ve used this a second time with even better results.
AHarris
Very satisfied with this product.
Amos
I’ve used once so far and went well. Feel like my skin is a little firmer from just doing it once. Looking forward to seeing more results!
Fabiola

Jan Peralta
I have used several derma rollers in the past so this pen was no issue for me. I really enjoy that I can “get in there” to the stubborn wrinkles or crow’s feet. My mom is older than me so I’ve worked on those for her. I like that it has its own case too. It’s convenient to travel.
Bridget
Product was easy to use , cost effective, as you would pay much more for treatment at med spa. I’ve used a few times and am happy with results so far, can’t wait to see how it changes my skin after consistent use!
Terri Kobielusz
I purchased this product as a Birthday gift for my Beautiful wife. She loves how it diminishes the visibility of fine lines, and tightens and rejuvenates her skin.
Ada Choo
I love this machine a lot. I can tell the result for tightening the pores since the first time I used it.
Definitely will refer to friends
Bonnie Woolsey
Love this device and I do see a difference in my skin. Worth the money.

From someone who’d spent $600+ a session few years ago, this is the best one I’ve found. Very well made yet light weight and gentle at a great price! Easy to use and most importantly, does not cause irritation. I have a very sensitive skin and eczema. It left couple of pink spots that were gone in 15 minutes. I know this takes time to see results, but coworkers and neighbors complemented my skin the next day! And for all that, I’m grateful I found this little thing!
Kyle Macklin
Grew up with acne scaring and turned to professional help, wanted to see if this would work and it’s very similar to what the dermatologist uses, do you research and use numbing cream, but it works very well for a fraction of the price of professional help!
Reynaga
I've used it twice already and I love it. Battery came charged and it's still going. I love the fact it comes with so many replacement cartridges. Look no further, I highly recommend this microneedling pen!
Yanjun Lin
I like the design of the product, the color and handle. One charge last me two weeks of use! Definitely recommend it!
Robert
This is my second Microneedling device. It is much easier to use and select the depth than the first one I had by another company. Very happy with this purchase—my skin looks great.

I love this! I use it for my skin and it's the best nothing else like it.
Marta mandziuk
Very easy to use, costs less than a single treatment in dermatologist office.
Sandra B.
I brought it for my granddaughter who is training she is very pleased because somebody else told her to get a cheaper one But she’s very Pleased she had that one
Zoe M.
Quick and convenient.
Hurts a little so use numbing cream if you’re sensitive!
Pen feels good quality, was easy to set up.
Won’t know the results for a while but worth a shot.
Allie
I have been using this product for almost a month and have had great results so far. It is comfortable in my hand and love that it comes with refill needles. A must buy to improve the look and texture of your skin!
Lindsay N. Mcgowan
worried at first (needling sounded scary to me) but I watched some videos before buying and it seems safe as long as you use good hygiene practices and don’t reuse the little cartridges or share them.
I like that it was a wireless device, but also that it came with a bunch of refill cartridges. It seemed fancier than a “roller”, and I hope that means it’s more effective. It probably goes deeper than the ones you roll, depending on the cartridge you use (there are different sizes and types). Since it’s a gift I don’t have firsthand experience with the product, but my mom is happy with it and it seemed to be exactly what she was looking for. I am curious and might even get one for myself later, after the holidays.
Maria S. Lauer
So glad I decided to try micro needling at home. From the first use, I just followed the instructions and found the pen easy to use. I feel like it’s just as effective as getting it done at the medspa.
Brayden Wilson
My first professional Microneedling pen, took some time to get a good technique down but after that use has been easy, little to no mess, and my hair has shown much improvement thanks to this pen

I LOVE this pen. You’ll no longer need to visit esthetician or pay high prices ever again! The multi level depth is a plus. Leaving my skin feeling smooth and refreshed if you’re looking to get your skin back to its youthfulness look no further! GO BUY THIS!
California Joy
I used this for the first time today and so far, so good. It’s easy to use and doesn’t hurt. I did buy the lidocaine and hyaluronic acid that was recommended when purchasing. I think both are necessary. I also used a collagen face mask after the treatment, like I saw in one video. I watched a lot of YouTube videos before using. I didn’t bleed and only had a slight pink, sunburn look for a few hours. I don’t know if it’s because the tool isn’t working properly or if it’s just my skin. I have used a 0.5mm roller before and never had bleeding then either. You’re only supposed to microneedle every 6 weeks, so with all of the cartridges this pen comes with, it should last a year. I read that the 16 pin cartridges are for the face and 36 pin cartridges are for larger areas such as the body or scalp.
My mother-in-law spent over $1,000 for one treatment with her esthetician. For the price, I think this pen is a great deal and worth a shot.
modela
I have a mobile spa and this is perfect to bring for microneedling at my client's house. Needles don't catch or snag on the client's skin, glides smoothly.
Sabrina parvin lima
I like this product because it is helping me to get rid from acne
Stephanie Cisler
Easy to use, more cost effective than going to a med spa!
Tricia Giaimo
This was my first experience with micro needling. Product was easy to use and worked great.
Sherry J
I love this product and mostly because you can see an immediate change in your skin. It's made my skin more youthful and reduced the dark spots.
Mary M
I love the different choices of sterile needling caps and many different settings. Easy to use & no down time. I also save hours of going to a spa & hundreds of dollars.
alexander
I have gone to an esthetician a couple of times for microneedling. Each session for my entire face would cost $200. Not only does this pen cost almost half of one session, it comes with 20 replacement needles. If you do your microneedling once every 6 weeks like I do, that's about 9 sessions. So I saved about $1,800 and my results are just as good as the estheticians.
Lexi
Very easy and intuitive to use. The adjustable pins are great. It seems like the materials being used are of very good quality as well. No complaints here.
