Genuine A8S cartridges in every pin count, ten to a pack, sterile and single use. The A8S takes the Ultima fitting it shares with the A11 and A10, not the M8S or A20 fitting.

Lower pin counts for scars and small areas, higher counts for full-face work, nano round for surface infusion.

Every pack on this page is made for the Dr. Pen A8S and will not fit another model. Cartridges are single use. Pin count decides coverage, and depth decides how deep the needles travel, so pick the pack that matches the area you are treating.
