These are replacement nano cartridges for the Dr. Pen HydraPen H3 Pro, supplied in a pack of 10. Nano tips don't pierce the skin the way a needle cartridge does — they create micro-channels at the surface, which makes them the gentlest option in the range and the one most often used for serum infusion and for skin that can't tolerate deeper treatment.

About the HydraPen H3
The HydraPen is a containable-cartridge device: serum is held in the cartridge and released into the skin automatically as you work, so you don't have to stop and reapply. That improves both the consistency and the efficiency of the treatment.

Will this fit my pen?
Cartridges are not universal. Match the model in the title to the model printed on your device. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the pen and we will confirm before you order.
Can I use a cartridge twice?
No. They arrive sterile and sealed for one use. A second pass with the same needles is blunter, less sterile and more likely to tear skin than treat it.
How many will I get through?
One per session, and one more if you are treating a second area the same day. Most people at one session a month use ten to twelve a year per area.
What does the pin count change?
Coverage, not depth. Fewer pins concentrate the work for the nose, eyes, hairline and single scars; more pins cover cheeks, forehead and the body in fewer passes. Nano has no needling depth and is for surface refinement between sessions.
Are these genuine?
Yes, sourced through Dr. Pen's own official channel. Non-genuine cartridges are the fastest way to void a warranty and the fastest way to injure your skin.
