Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

By requiring only one conversion to retinoic acid, the Crystal Retinal™ works 11 x faster than other forms of retinol, delivering results comparable to clinical-grade vitamin A.   • Hyaluronic Acid –With a unique ability to attract and retain more than 1,000 times its own weight in water, hyaluronic acid draws moisture from the surrounding atmosphere into the skin, leaving the complexion feeling both nourished and supple
  • Vitamin E –An oil-soluble antioxidant, vitamin E can quench free radicals on the skin while stabilising retinaldehyde for optimal power.
  • Glycerin –As a natural humectant, glycerin trapswater within the skin to leave it hydrated and comfortable.

How to use: 

To be introduced to the skin gradually. Use once every three nights for the first two weeks, increasing to every other night for the next two weeks.After this point if the skin is not showing any signs of dryness or sensitivity, increase usage to every night for best results.

On an evening, on dry skin, blend a small amount over the face and neck before following with your regular Medik8 hydrator. 

Always use a sunscreen during the day in conjuncture with this product.
