Thank you for choosing Dr. Pen Store! We strive to ensure you're happy with your purchase. However, if you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.

Warranty Duration

In addition to the 30-day money-back guarantee, Dr. Pen Store provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If your product shows any defects due to faulty materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

What Does the Warranty Not Cover?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Issues resulting from misuse, dropping, or any attempt to alter the product.
  • Normal wear and tear not related to manufacturing defects.

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return your product for a refund, as long as it is unused and in resalable condition.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included. For health and safety reasons, products like Microneedling Pens, Cartridges, Serums, Creams, and SPF items must be unopened with seals intact to qualify for a change of mind return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us to receive a return authorization number before returning your item.

Important Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that you provide the correct address, phone number, and contact information when placing your order.
  • You are responsible for receiving the package on time. We are not responsible for deliveries made to neighbors or other third parties if you are not available.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for this error, and reshipping costs will be charged.
